The most expensive cities in Turkey for holidays

Ukrainians have fallen in love with Turkish resorts for their affordability, friendly locals and the famous all inclusive, but also fans of a premium holiday are welcome in a sunny country. At their service are prestigious hotels with a luxurious number of rooms, first-class service, close proximity to the sea, a long list of all kinds of entertainment and services … We tell you about the most expensive cities in Turkey, which are worth a closer look if you want to spend your vacation at the highest level.

Fethiye
Fethiye is a real pearl of Turkey, where you can relax surrounded by chic nature, nearby protected areas and picturesque islands. The most expensive hotels are located right on the coastline, cheaper options are away from the sea. The main highlight and wealth of Fethiye located at the foot of the mountains is nature, which you can admire while walking on the promenade, flying on an airplane, rafting, diving or study tours in the surroundings. Within the framework of the latter, you can visit, for example, the ruins of an ancient theater or castles, see the Lycian tombs or the Jesairli Hassan Pasha Mosque.

Belek
Belek is a city of five-star hotels, since there are very few complexes of 3 * or 4 * categories here. Tourism infrastructure in this area began to develop only a couple of decades ago, but such a modest time did not stop Belek from becoming one of the most fashionable resorts in the country. And his main treasures are chic beaches, most of which are awarded the Blue Flag mark, cedar and eucalyptus groves, as well as a wide selection of entertainment. For example, here you can go rafting or ride a horse in the Kepryulu Canyon National Park (though the journey will take about an hour by car), as well as how to have fun in the Troy water park or get acquainted with the history in the ancient town of Perge. Belek also has mineral springs, spa centers and balneotherapy services.

Cesme
Cesme is sheltered on the shores of the Aegean Sea and stands out against the background of its brethren, primarily in unusual architecture. Once upon a time, the Greek city of Krini was located in its place, and the atmosphere unusual here for Turkish resorts still reigns on the local streets with motley houses. The cozy town is surrounded by greenery and flowers, on its territory you can find both luxury hotels and more budget offers. But it is worth remembering that wealthy Turks like to relax in Cesme – this is not the most expensive city in Turkey to relax, but you should not count on cheap holidays here

Bodrum
Bodrum is a city of eternal celebration, which attracts wealthy tourists from all over the world. It has excellent beaches, several diving centers, a large water park and a dolphinarium. Nature lovers will appreciate the beauty of the coniferous forest and tangerine gardens.

But Bodrum is better known as a place with a large selection of dance floors, bars and restaurants. In nightclubs, almost every night they have incendiary parties, for which the famous DJs are responsible for the musical part. The most prestigious clubs are located by the sea, their guests can enjoy dance sets, delicious cocktails and at the same time enjoy the views of the Bodrum Bay.

Didim
Didim, like Cesme, is located on the coast of the Aegean Sea. This is an ideal place for lovers of water activities (diving, fishing, diving), sailing, as well as those who are interested in history. The latter will be able to visit the world famous Temple of Apollo, around which, in fact, the city was built.

Almost all the beaches of Didim are the owners of the Blue Flag, which indicates the exceptional cleanliness of the sea in the area. The coast at the resort is pebble, so even in shallow water, the water remains crystal clear. From entertainment, like the other most expensive resort cities in Turkey, Didim offers a lot of options for leisure. Namely, discos, a water park and an amusement park, restaurants, bars and shopping centers.
